Athletic development

Do you want to improve your current performances and find out what your true limits are? Physical training might be the training that you need. New scientific insides combined with experience are key in the coaching that Jeroen is offering you, named Evidence Based Practitioning (EBP). EBP relies on scientific evidence for guidance and decision-making. This is expressed in a mix of existing training principles and fundaments combined with recent research insights in the field of biomedical sciences (i.e. exercise physiology), social-psychological sciences (performance behavior and mental aspects) as well as state of the art information about strength training and conditioning.

Jeroen’s coaching approach is flexible. Whether you would like a one-time deal or long-term approach. On distance coaching or face to face coaching, it is all possible.

Sports rehabilitation

Sports rehabilitation focusses on recovery of injured athletes. Key points that are used is an interdisciplinary approach in collaboration with medical staff (doctors and physiotherapist) and coaches. As is the clinical discussion followed by this interdisciplinary approach. Request and primary goals are important components on the road of recovery especially vital for Return to Training (RTT) and Return to Play (RTP) phases. Jeroen is a good asset particularly in these phases as he uses methodical training programs to build back to the level the client wants.
